These guys are pros. They are extremely knowledgeable. They have helped me with my air-assisted airless a few times, and have ordered parts that I needed. They carry products and supplies that other paint stores don't. Highly recommend!
I am a painting contractors in the neighborhood. Chris at Rudd has been repairing my airless and air assisted airless for years. He consistently has been informative about the mechanical issues that come up. Chris is a great technician who promptly resolves the problems at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend taking your equipment to Rudd.
I have and old spray gun and could not find parts for it on the Internet. Talked with Dan in the Ballard store and he was more than helpful. The gun was from the 1970's but he was still able to find me a parts list for it. Very friendly and helpful. Hats off to Dan S.
I had a problem with my Graco Magnum XR-9 airless paint sprayer and thought it was the pump/prime switch. I brought it in to get repaired and Chris helped me. He was very friendly. He figured out that it was only a stuck valve and fixed it for much less than I was expecting to pay.
